1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will offer a free re-clean of the specific area(s) you’re unhappy with.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:The service was not delivered as booked due to an error on our part.

You cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice and had already pre-paid.

A cleaner failed to attend and a suitable alternative could not be arranged.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

Cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

The dissatisfaction arises from issues outside our control, such as pre-existing damage, unrealistic expectations, or refusal of a re-clean
