1. Services Provided
Tori’s Tidy Team offers professional domestic and commercial cleaning services. We tailor our services to meet your individual requirements, which will be discussed and agreed upon before the first visit.
2. Booking and Access

All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that cleaners have access to the property at the agreed time.

If access is not provided, a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is agreed upon at the time of booking.

Invoices are issued with 7-day payment terms, unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur a fee of £10 per overdue week.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the service cost.

Missed appointments with no notice may be charged in full.
5. Cleaning Standards and Satisfaction

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any part of the clean, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.

We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, heavy limescale, or damage caused prior to our service.
6. Health and Safety

Our team follows appropriate health and safety guidelines and uses approved cleaning products.

We ask that pets are secured during visits and any hazards in the property are disclosed in advance.
7. Liability

Tori’s Tidy Team is insured for public liability and accidental damage.

We will not be liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty equipment or property conditions beyond our control.
8. Privacy
All client information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

The working environment is unsafe or unsanitary.

There is abusive or inappropriate behavior directed at staff.

Payment terms are not met.
10. Changes to Terms
Tori’s Tidy Team reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website or directly to existing clients where applicable.
